Hilary DeCesare
Hilary DeCesare (born August 8, 1968) is an American business coach, public speaker and author. [1]
Early life and education
Born in California, DeCesare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Colorado Boulder (1991). She also holds a certification in Neuropsychology Coaching from Ealing College of Higher Education, London.[2]
Career
DeCesare runs her career as a peak performance, business, and mindset mastery coach.[3] She developed an innovative framework called 3HQ™ and the Tune In™ power tool which are geared towards helping people live richer lives both personally and professionally.[4] Her signature courses and private coaching have helped thousands reinvent their lives, businesses, and relationships.[5]
DeCesare is a 3x international bestselling author of ReLaunch! Spark Your Heart To Ignite Your Life, and founder of The ReLaunch as well as the host of the The ReLaunch Podcast.[6][7]. She is an official member of Forbes Coaches Council.[8]
She has been on the board of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.[9] She is also the co-host of ReLaunch Real (coming out Q2) and former co-host of TV Wake Up with Marci and Hilary.[9]
