Hasnain Hoque Ijaj was born and raised in Chattogram, Bangladesh. He pursued his early education at Mahata Patnikotha Model High School, later attending Anowara Government High School and Kumira Residential High School. He completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Govt. Hazi Muhammad Mohsin College, Chittagong, before continuing his studies at Omargani M.E.S College.
