Born in Madrid, Spain, Elena moved to the United States during her youth and was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After high school, she relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. Under the name Elena Lyons, she appeared in various television shows and films, including a notable role as Lauren Fontaine in the 1990s sitcom USA High. Her acting credits also include appearances in NCIS, Club Dread, and Dirty Love .
