EARLY LIFE
Dawn Vance is a prominent public figure. Born in Greenville NC raised in Little Woods, New Orleans, Louisiana. Due to her entire lineage from her mother and father being military. Dawn's upbringing was a blend of diverse traditions. Her mother, from a African Barbadian family and her father from a French- Irish Creole family along with Scottish descent instilled in her a deep appreciation for black history and its unique culture and traditions. including the French language and culinary arts. With many referring to her as mysterious. Her rich, multicultural heritage shaped her perspective from a young age, and she often speaks about the challenges and beauty of navigating her multiple roots.

CAREER
Dawn began her career as a cosmetologist. Once owing her own salon. She later became a CDL tanker truck driver, where she quickly gained recognition for her dedication and leadership qualities; Over a 12 year span. She specialized in hazardous chemicals, fuel and Pharmaceuticals, often focusing on both paths and the preservation of our environment. Soon after she enrolled into South College School of Pharmacy. Where she currently attends and intends to earn her PharmD. Her work has been published in a variety of national publications, earning her several awards for her dedication to authentic and respectful representation.
Transitioning from professional driving, Dawnn moved into a more public-facing role, utilizing her platform to advocate for environmental preservation and community. She has launched several initiatives aimed at supporting homeless veterans and environmental sustainability.
