Brian Mazza
Brian Mazza is an American entrepreneur, fitness influencer, and public speaker known for his ventures in hospitality, health and wellness, and sports ownership. He is the founder of High Performance Lifestyle Training (HPLT), Vice President at Life Time, and part of the ownership group of Burnley F.C. in the Premier League.
Early life and athletic background
Mazza played Division I soccer at the University of Rhode Island on an athletic scholarship.[1]

Hospitality and fashion
Mazza co-founded The Ainsworth, a high-end sports bar and restaurant brand in New York City, and co-founded Windsor Custom, a made-to-order men’s clothing company.[1]
High Performance Lifestyle Training and Life Time
In 2018, he founded High Performance Lifestyle Training (HPLT), a brand offering wellness programs, events, and retreats. The brand gained international media coverage, and Mazza appeared on covers of Men’s Health Mexico and in publications such as GQ, Esquire, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.[1]
In 2025, Life Time acquired HPLT, and Mazza assumed the role of Vice President, integrating HPLT events into the company's athletic country clubs across the United States.[2]

Mazza is part of the ownership group of Burnley F.C., joining a roster of high-profile investors in the Premier League club.[3]
Personal life
Mazza is married to Chloe Melas, a correspondent for CNN. They have two children, Leo and Luke.[1]
Philanthropy
In 2020, Mazza ran a 50-mile ultramarathon from Manhattan to Westchester to raise awareness about male infertility, sharing his personal experiences to help reduce stigma around the issue.[4]
