Abdullah Mohammed Jaradat (born January 1985, Irbid, Jordan) is a Jordanian lawyer specializing in international trade, dispute resolution, and commercial and civil litigation. He serves as a legal representative for numerous major international corporations, foreign embassies, and international organizations. Jaradat has also worked on various projects for the World Bank, providing his legal services in both Arabic and English.

Early Life and Education

Abdullah Jaradat was born in the rural village of Bushra, located east of Irbid in northern Jordan. He grew up in a legal-oriented family, as his father, Judge Mohammed Jaradat, held several prominent positions, including advisor and legislator at the Jordanian Prime Ministry, as well as serving as a public prosecutor for the Criminal Court and a judge in various courts. Later, his father assumed the role of Chief Judge in Amman, prompting the family to relocate to the capital.

Moving to Amman enriched Jaradat's cultural background, allowing him to immerse himself in a diverse environment. He completed his secondary education in the capital before pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree. Jaradat subsequently decided to further his studies in the United Kingdom, where he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University of Derby. This experience expanded his knowledge of international legal frameworks and enhanced his legal and cultural expertise.

Career

Abdullah Jaradat began his professional career as an experienced lawyer specializing in arbitration, mediation, civil and criminal litigation, and company formation. He represented numerous major corporations, international organizations, and foreign embassies in Jordan, playing a pivotal role in establishing successful companies for international investors, which significantly contributed to enhancing foreign investment in Jordan. Jaradat is also the founder of one of Jordan's largest law firms, "Abdullah and Partners," which maintains extensive collaborations with various international companies and legal organizations. He has worked on multiple legal projects for the World Bank, utilizing his expertise to provide innovative legal solutions that align with both local and international legal frameworks. ‏In addition to his professional work, Jaradat volunteers his time to support various charitable organizations focused on humanitarian causes, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility and community service.
