A K M Samiun Prasurjo is a Bangladeshi entrepreneur and student of Computer Science and Engineering at the Canadian University of Bangladesh. He is primarily known as the founder of the technology firm AKM IT Solutions and the co-founder of the e-commerce fashion platform KalaManik.com.
Early Life and Education
Prasurjo was born and raised in Noakhali, Bangladesh. He completed his secondary education at Chaprashir Hat High School, where he participated in extracurricular activities, serving as a Scout Leader and a member of the School Cabinet. These early experiences contributed to the development of his leadership and organizational skills.
Career and Ventures
While pursuing his university degree, Prasurjo entered the tech industry by establishing AKM IT Solutions. The company provides a range of digital services, including strategic marketing, online presence management, and technology consultancy for businesses.
In addition to his primary venture, he co-founded KalaManik.com, a startup focused on the premium fashion market. This expansion into e-commerce demonstrates his ability to apply business and technology principles across different industries.[1]
University Involvement and Roles
Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, Prasurjo has been actively involved in his university community. He has held several key positions within the CUB Computer Society, including Public Relations Officer, Assistant Joint Secretary, and Treasurer.
