In 2021, Dealsuite reached more than 1,000 members across 38 countries. The company subsequently expanded into additional European markets, including Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
In 2023, Dealsuite received growth investment from Dutch investment company Value8.
Platform
Dealsuite provides software for identifying and sourcing M&A opportunities. Its platform uses search filters and a matchmaking algorithm to connect users with deals that correspond to their investment or acquisition criteria.
The platform supports both buy-side and sell-side projects and provides access to local and international opportunities. Users can save searches and receive notifications about relevant new deals.
Dealsuite also provides an AI-powered search function designed to help users identify relevant projects based on the meaning and context of their searches.

Floyd Plettenberg is the founder and chief executive officer of Dealsuite. The management team also includes Maarten Reinders, Corstiaan Hesselink and Jelle Stuij.
