Noah Eubanks (born 18 July 2003) is the Founder of Winchester Shire, a nationwide fiber internet sales dealership. After starting his door-to-door career at 16, he went on to become a Golden Door winner, placing him in the top 1% of sales professionals with over 600 fiber accounts sold in 2025. He focuses on building competitive sales communities that turn young reps into high-performing leaders.
Early Life
Eubanks grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He entered the door-to-door sales industry at the age of 16, before completing high school.
Career
Eubanks has worked primarily in fiber internet sales. In 2025, he founded Winchester Shire, a fiber internet sales dealership that operates across the United States, with a focus on recruiting and training door-to-door sales representatives.
That same year, he received the Golden Door Award at D2DCon 9, a recognition given to top-performing door-to-door sales professionals. The award is generally associated with placing in the top tier of sales earners within the direct sales industry. Eubanks reportedly sold over 600 fiber internet accounts in 2025.
As of 2026, Winchester Shire had hired over 100 sales representatives and had produced multiple Golden Door Award recipients.123
