Revision as of 18:02, 1 September 2026 by Shovon (talk | contribs)

The PHA Group is a British public relations and communications agency headquartered in London. It was founded in 2005 by Phil Hall, a former editor of News of the World and Hello Magazine.[1] The company has previously operated under the names PDHMedia Limited, Phil Hall Associates Limited and PHA Media Limited.[2]

The PHA Group has worked with clients in areas including public relations, communications and digital marketing. Simon Dolan was previously a client of the agency before becoming a director and shareholder.[3]

From 2020 to 2025, the company was led by joint group managing directors Shelley Frosdick and Stuart Skinner, who were appointed following the retirement of chief executive Mark Gregory in 2020.[4]

The PHA Group expanded its operations through a series of acquisitions. In 2022, it acquired digital agency Red Hot Penny, which became part of a new digital division.[5] In November 2023, the company acquired Leeds-based creative communications agency MCG, increasing its presence in northern England.[6]

In May 2024, The PHA Group announced the launch of its US-based digital proposition, Dig & Dig, led by Matt Raven.[7]

In April 2025, George Coleman, formerly of Current Global and Weber Shandwick, was appointed chief executive officer of The PHA Group.[1] In 2026, the agency expanded its US operations with a New York operation led by Renée Austin, according to PRovoke Media.[8]
