Bilal Hydrie is a Canadian businessman, investor, and entrepreneur based in Calgary, Alberta. He is the founder, president, and chief executive officer of Inclusive Energy Ltd., an oilfield equipment and energy services company operating in Canada and the United States. Hydrie is also the founder of Global Centurion Investments, a private investment group focused on energy-sector opportunities. He is known for his involvement in the oil and gas industry and for acquiring the final standard 1,500-horsepower Bugatti Chiron produced by the French automobile manufacturer Bugatti.
Early life and education
Bilal Hydrie was born in Pakistan. He developed an interest in business and engineering at an early age and later pursued studies related to chemical process engineering. After immigrating to Canada, he established himself within Alberta's energy sector and built a career in oilfield services and energy investments.
Career
Hydrie founded Inclusive Energy Ltd. in 2008 during the global financial crisis. The company initially focused on supplying oilfield equipment to energy producers in Western Canada. Under his leadership, Inclusive Energy expanded into equipment manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, rentals, financing, and oilfield services.
In addition to his role at Inclusive Energy, Hydrie serves as president of Global Centurion Investments, overseeing investments in upstream and midstream energy assets. Through various business ventures and family-office investments, he has managed energy-related investment portfolios in Canada and internationally.
Hydrie has also served on several community and industry organizations, including the Calgary Petroleum Club and the National Music Centre.

Hydrie is an automobile enthusiast known for his collection of luxury and high-performance vehicles. His passion for exotic automobiles began during his youth in Pakistan and continued after establishing his business career in Canada.
In 2024, Hydrie received international media attention after taking delivery of a 2023 Bugatti Chiron. The vehicle was notable for being the final standard 1,500-horsepower Chiron produced by Bugatti before the company transitioned to its next generation of hypercars.
The acquisition process reportedly involved a multi-year application and approval procedure, including interviews with Bugatti representatives and a visit to the company's headquarters and production facilities in Molsheim, France. According to Hydrie, the car was customized to his specifications and required a substantial deposit before production commenced.
