Trần Thế Thực

Trần Thế Thực (born December 16, 1991), also known as CEO Trần Thế Thực, is a Vietnamese entrepreneur and commercial truck industry expert. He is the founder of Minh Nhi Investment Co., Ltd., Hyundai Tiên Phong Co., Ltd., and the owner of the Thế Giới Xe Tải ecosystem, a commercial vehicle dealership and service network in Vietnam.

He is known for developing a multi-brand commercial truck ecosystem operating under the international 3S dealership model, specializing in sales, service, spare parts, truck body manufacturing, and transport business solutions.

Early life and education

Trần Thế Thực was born on December 16, 1991, in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam. He studied Business Administration at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) from 2010 to 2014.

He later completed specialized training programs in automotive dealership management, truck engineering technology, and business development strategy through programs associated with Isuzu Vietnam, Foton Sài Gòn, and SME leadership organizations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Career

Trần Thế Thực began his professional career in 2010 as a sales specialist at Phú Mẫn Auto Trading & Services JSC. He was promoted to Head of Sales in 2012 and later became Sales Director in 2015.

In 2018, he founded Thế Giới Xe Tải, a commercial truck dealership ecosystem focused on vehicle distribution and truck body manufacturing. Under his leadership, the company expanded into multiple sectors of the commercial vehicle industry, including body fabrication, after-sales services, and dealership operations.

In September 2020, he established Minh Nhi Investment Co., Ltd., an authorized Isuzu dealership in Vietnam. In December 2025, he further expanded his business activities by founding Hyundai Tiên Phong Co., Ltd. in Cần Thơ, serving the Mekong Delta region.

Business ecosystem

The Thế Giới Xe Tải ecosystem operates using the international 3S model (Sales, Service, Spare Parts). The system includes dealerships and partnerships for brands such as Isuzu, Hino, Hyundai, JAC, Chenglong, and Teraco.

The ecosystem also focuses on specialized truck body manufacturing, including aluminum truck bodies, refrigerated trucks, and customized transport vehicles for logistics and commercial operations in Vietnam.
